1. Who we are
"Pequeños Exploradores Agent" (the "App") is a private, internal tool operated by Cesar A. Gonzalez Lopez ("we", "us"). Its only purpose is to let the operator manage his own YouTube channel "Pequeños Exploradores": upload videos and Shorts, edit titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, manage playlists, schedule publication and read the channel's own analytics. The App is not offered to the public and has no other users.

2. YouTube API Services
The App uses the YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. What data the App accesses
When the channel owner signs in with Google, the App requests these scopes:

The App accesses only data belonging to the signed-in channel: its videos, their metadata, playlists and aggregated analytics. YouTube Analytics reports are aggregated; they contain no personal information about viewers.
Children's data. The channel's content is made for children and is declared "made for kids" on every upload. The App does not collect, receive, store or process any personal information from children or from any viewer. It never reads comments, viewer identities or any per-viewer data.
4. How the data is used
Data is used only to perform the action the operator requests (for example, uploading a video or showing view counts for a video). It is not used for advertising, profiling, or training of machine learning models, and it is not sold.
5. Storage and security
- The OAuth refresh token is stored only on the operator's own computer, in a file readable only by the operator's user account. It is never uploaded to any server or code repository.
- Video metadata and analytics are fetched on demand and shown in the terminal; they are not kept in a database. Any local log is deleted within 30 days.
- The App runs no servers and has no backend.
6. Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer data obtained through the YouTube API Services with anyone.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
The channel owner can revoke the App's access at any time on the Google security settings page. After revocation, the stored token no longer works and is deleted from the operator's computer. Any other stored API data is deleted within 7 days of revocation or of a request sent to amracesar@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We will update this page if the App's data practices change, and change the "Last updated" date above.

- Servicios de la API de YouTube. La App usa los YouTube API Services. Al usarla aceptas las Condiciones de servicio de YouTube; el tratamiento de datos por Google se rige por la Política de privacidad de Google. El uso de los datos cumple la Política de datos de usuario de los servicios de API de Google, incluidos los requisitos de uso limitado.
- Datos a los que accede. Solo los del canal que inicia sesión: vídeos, metadatos, listas y analíticas
agregadas (scopes
youtube.upload,youtube,youtube.force-sslyyt-analytics.readonly). No recoge ningún dato de menores ni de espectadores; no lee comentarios ni identidades. - Uso. Solo para la acción que pide el operador. Sin publicidad, perfiles, venta ni entrenamiento de modelos.
- Almacenamiento. El token se guarda solo en el ordenador del operador; no hay servidores ni base de datos. Los registros locales se borran en 30 días.
- Cesión. No se comparte ningún dato con terceros.
- Revocar el acceso. En la página de seguridad de Google. Los datos guardados se borran en 7 días tras la revocación o tras pedirlo a amracesar@gmail.com.
- Cambios. Esta página se actualizará si cambian las prácticas y se cambiará la fecha.
